"Refund policy"

At WHALAS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our whale pajamas. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help you with our refund and returns policy.

1.1 You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

1.3 Items on sale or purchased at a discount are not eligible for return unless they have manufacturing defects.
